How COVID-19 is affecting Chabad House operations

Chabad is committed to the wellbeing of all of our members.

Due to the spread of COVID-19, all of our communal and public activities
at the Chabad House or elsewhere,
including Shabbat Minyanim, Shabbat dinners & Services and
classes, are suspended until further notice.

We are here to help, so if you or one of your family members are not well,
please let us know so we can be there for you.

We urge you to observe the guidelines of social distancing set by our
local, state and federal authorities.

High Holiday observance this year
All Rosh Hashana & Yom Kippur Services will take place at the Viceroy Hotel,1118 N. State st in the Cedar Ballroom and the outdoor terrace.

Both the indoor and the outdoor venues can accommodate separately, the maximum allowed by CDC guidelines presently, fifty people with social distancing of six feet from each other. Still we will use both spaces for only  fifty people so that weather permitting, we may hold the service outdoors with the option to go indoors in case of being rained out.

At no time is attendance of more than 50 people 6 feet from each other permitted.

The safety of all participants is of vital and primary concern and planning.

Therefore registration will be on a first come first served basis to participate for your choosing and preference.
